The MacArthur PTA, is comprised of families, educators and community members that come together to support the students, administrators, teachers and staff of MacArthur Elementary school in Germantown, WI.

Building a community, having fun, and supporting our kids and wonderful educators are fundamental to our organization. 

​

We aim to demonstrate these commitments and foster relationships in many ways:

  • We offer social events, as many free of charge as possible, to all MacArthur families.  These include the 4K/5K/New Families Welcome Picnic, our Fall Festival, and Grandparent Bingo Night, Golden Guest lunches and more!

  • We show appreciation to our educators with special events and monetary support: including back-to-school welcome breakfasts, conference night meals, teacher appreciation week activities and classroom improvement funds.

  • We fund enrichment opportunities, materials, and equipment directly benefiting all MacArthur Elementary School students.  The MacArthur PTA has previously supplemented all-school assemblies, cultural arts events, playground equipment, field trips and other school needs.

WE NEED YOU!!

The MacArthur PTA relies on volunteers to accomplish all of our goals.  We are always looking for new faces and fresh, new ideas and offer several ways to get more involved. 
 

How you can help:

  • Attend a PTA meeting. Our meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month. 

    • A great way to meet other, involved MacArthur Families. 

    • We offer both virtual and in-person attendance options and (bonus) in-person free babysitting services. 

    • Purchase a membership here

      • ​​We offer two membership options:

        • No-cost - Come meet with us, give us new ideas! This membership option does not offer voting privileges​

        • Voting Member - Cost of membership is $10 and allows voting rights at all meetings​​ 

  • Volunteer your time to help at MacArthur PTA hosted events. There are no membership dues and no secret handshakes required – just a willingness to work with others to help better our school. Check out our available volunteer opportunities.

  • Attend our events with your entire family!

  • Read Skyward messages sent along with our monthly newsletter 

  • Contribute an in-kind or monetary donation for our teacher-appreciation events.
